Industrial & Organisational Psychology involves several key roles including:

• Identifying how attitudes and behaviour can be improved in the workplace
• Delivering high impact training programmes and assisting in the development of individ­uals, teams and the Organisation
• Supporting interventions to ensure high workplace morale during periods of change
• Using science-based research and tools/instruments to assist L&D’s team development initiatives and onboarding programmes to be successful
• Coaching individuals and teams to self-awareness and goal achievement
• Conducting Assessments for development and promotional purposes
• Facilitating team effectiveness, conflict management and specific outcomes workshops
