OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME
The objective of this short learning programme is to provide Learners with the critical knowledge and skills needed to manage their team members effectively and with confidence. This truly South African programme is modular, flexible and outcomes-based, and focuses on the practical implementation of the knowledge and skills acquired during training. Learners are assessed three times during the training process and Senior Management involvement is assured via pre-course evaluations, briefing sessions and post-course feedback.

At the end of the learning process Learners will be able to:
